Volume ELEVEN of a collection of square-format artwork, featured by colours that complement each other.
Artist's CommentsEdit #3;; -flails- I FORGOT HIM DAMN LIP RING AFTER I KEPT TELLING MYSELF TO REMEMBER IT! ;o; -shot'd- I added it, though. Edit #2;; Fixed the bumps on his arm. Edit;; Added more detail to the hair. c: Looks better, no? I was bored and have been listening to Miyavi more so I felt like drawing him...because he's fucking sexy. <3 c: Certain things are off...Mainly in his face...Like his chin that I just noticed, but I still like it. c: Even though I might add more texture and detail to his hair...It's bugging me. And you DO NOT have permission to use this ANYWHERE! This is MINE, NOT YOURS! I worked very hard on this! Reference;; [link] Art;; ME! Miyavi;; Himself! : D |

One thing I've noticed with your lineless work however, is that the outlines look pretty blurry. If you were to look at your hand or a person or anything in real life, you'd see that even though we don't have black outlines or anything, our shapes are very crisp and defined. Sometimes the blur can get a bit distracting like in this case, the blur with the hat and glasses.
Another tip if you want to make your work look a little more realistic and defined is to add layers of shading onto everything by gradually shading each shape to a darker color, and a darker color, and a darker color instead of just one layer of shading darker than the base color. And then you could add in highlights in the same fashion, getting lighter and lighter. That way it not only makes the image look more realistic, but it also defines the shapes even more rather than blending them all together. For example, it would set the hand apart more from the face and the arm or the hat from the hair if the shading went beyond one darker color. I feel as though that's why I think the face is the best part of this picture and stands apart the most because it seems to have the most detailed shading compared to the rest of the body. I hope that helped a little!
That'll help A LOT!
